This issue is dedicated to the memory of Professor Chung-Hua Shen, one of the founding editors of the International Review of Accounting, Banking, and Finance(IRABF) who passed away in April 2020. Dr. Shen was a distinguished professor of finance and economics. He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from National Taiwan University and his Ph.D. in Economics from Washington University in the U.S.  He was a Fulbright Scholar and recipient of several National Science Foundation Awards. He served as Professor for the Department of Finance and Banking at Shih Chien University, as Professor in the Department of Finance at National Taiwan University, Chair Professor at Feng Chia University, Chairman and Professor in the Department of Money and Banking in National Chengchi University, and Chairman and Associate Professor for the Department of Economics at National Central University, and Chair Professor in Southwest Jiaotong University in China.  Dr. Shen was an outstanding scholar, mentor, and educator.  He contributed significantly to the launching of IRABF in 2009 and its subsequent success over the past eleven years. He will be missed greatly by his friends, colleagues and students.
